That after Texas' own Supreme Court threw out the state's sodomy law, their legislature rewrote and reinstated it - which admittedly resulted in the US Supreme Court striking down ALL sodomy laws, but somehow I don't think that was their intent.

I know there are decent, sane, reasonable people in that state - but they're clearly outnumbered by the know-nothing religious whacko-loons.
