My system utilises a neural network with inertia feedback control to prioritise downloads: IE if the download's big enough, you'll get off your arse and walk the 15m to reception to do it ;-)

(Reception is also the print, fax, and project tracker software server, so we're used to walkign there to collect printouts, timesheets, quotes...)
