*HUG* Stop worrying and forget about scheduling everything? Regardless of how carefully you plan things some of them usually get out of alignment, and you, as well as people that you hope to visit/please/etc should realise that. Until traffic and weather forecast reach 100% accuracy, there's no forecasting stuff that can be affected by it. And until human behavior can be predicted with same accuracy, someone might get disappointed. Instead of looking at that, think about people who'll actually be very glad to see/hug/chat/play with you. I bet that number outweighs the disappointed ones by more than 2 to 1.
