Pop! Hiss! Fuck! Ouch!

The Mighty Piazza soiled itself, and my left leg, last night when the heater core blew spectacularly. The way the windscreen fogged up instantly as steam poured from the vents was most disconcerting, but more concerning was the spurting water around ankle height. Luckily I was wearing my new extra-strong and surprisingly waterproof Carhartts, and I have a couple of spare heater cores at home. I had the heater replaced in 20 minutes- I've done a few before.

In other news, my beard is a week old- its beyond the designer stubble stage, but not yet into the "Did you forget to shave or are you growing a beard?" phase. It still itches, but at least its long enough to disguise the ingrown hairs and other maladies that accompany growing a beard for the first time...

Beard for the first time...how did this happen!? Were you not allowed by law to unleash your full furry on an unsuspecting public...?

Regardless, please do document and release the results, for your *growing* fan club.

Favorite answer to "Are you growing a beard?"

No, it grows itself. I just water it regularly and trim it each week.

The beard looks quite promising. Keep sharing pics of your progress.

Is it just me, or do you cause lots of things to spurt and explode?
The face fuzz is coming in nicely. I like the hair pattern!

Goatees are great, but Beards are best!

Looking forward to photos of an increasingly furryfaced Growler!

Brush your nascent beard in the direction of hair growth with a bristled hairbrush a few times each day. It will help prevent and correct ingrown hairs.
