Brian's having a quiet day in while I clean the bar and get ready for working at Kamo tonight. We went to Kamo's xmas staff dinner last night, which was a heap of fun, ending up at the Naval and Family before waddling home to bed.

And today it's raining. Not quite enough to get you wet, it all steams off before soaking in, but enough to be annoying.

Oh yes, it can reach 28 degrees in summer! But it gets cold too, here in auckland it almost reached freezing point last winter. Or so they tell me.

28 degrees is only like 82 degrees F! Wow, that is a pretty mild climate. I think I need to move. What about mosquitoes? LOL

There are almost no mosquitos... though Grant frequently insists that he hears one and then sprays the entire bedroom with poison.

We have many different kinds of mosquitoes here. Right now the Asian Tiger Mosquitoes are having a last hurrah before winter sets in. They are evil and I am terribly allergic to them. Why do I live here in this awful place??????
