Bears Night!!
Stayed up in Auckland last night for the monthly Bears night, even though I wasnt anticipating a good turn-out. And I'm very glad I did!! Dinner with Nicholas, and then we dropped by next door to convince the stay-at-home bears to come with us (we convinced all but Brent, who seemed happy on the couch with his bottle of wine and remote controls)
Bears night was busy, with many bears making rare public appearances, and being the first meeting of the new year everyone had a story or two to tell, making it a very social occasion. Caught up with quite a few guys I havent seen for ages, and had pleasant chats with a number of bears who dont normally attempt to talk to me. The cute hobbit-like bear Dean and I were ogling at at the park on tuesday turned up, happily partnered to someone who does NOT like me. Bugger. He was VERY cute in a stocky, furry, curly-haired way...
After finishing a giant cigar with Mike, we wandered up to Urge and started to play in earnest- it was a busy, dirty night at Urge. Eventually I found myself in the carpark out the back, holding what was easily the largest penis I have ever seen, and thinking that it was DEFINITELY time to go home. Amusing sidebar: no less than 4 people came up to me and whispered something along the lines of "Look out, he's way too big, you cant do anything with it and you'll end up disappointed". Nothing like a challenge... Suffice to say a good time was had by all, and although he *was* unfeasably large, I simply called upon my PiggyPower and had a great time. I didnt even need a wheelchair next day (though I suspected I might). My flatmates were very curt to me the next morning, I dont think they got much sleep...

Saturday I drove to TeAroha to look after the house, feed the fish, take Saffy for a walk, and entertain Danny who was also staying.
So tonight, being sunday, I definitely need an early night...
