The nature of advertising is short deadlines, this one's shorter than usual as the company wants us to pitch for the job- so theyre being wankers about it and seeing who will work over easter. My response is that if theyre that nasty to work for I dont care how good teh job is, but its not my company so I dont have a lot of say.
Taking time off from work that one is entitled to should not be stressful or "guilt inducing." You've earned the time off, and with reasonable notice it should be granted.
I REALLY need you to come over here, stand over Glen (looking as scarey as you can) and explain that to him. I'm sure the guys here would pitch in to pay for your flights...
