Okay, I get that she's upset, and I'd encourage her to file a police report if that's the case, but this guy's probably got some mental health issue and may not even comprehend what he's doing let alone be able to stop. It doesn't feel right that he's all over the web and she's referring to him as a "pervert" and a "sicko". If I had a problem like that I wouldn't want the whole world to know about it.

That happened to me once,but the guy was really reeeeeeeeeeeeeeelly hawt and we went back to his place and he called me "daddy" while we had sex,which was the first time anyone called me that.I was 25.

I totally get why she called the cops. I know how I would feel about it if it was my mother sitting there. Or my girlfriend who'd been raped before.
