Okay, I get that she's upset, and I'd encourage her to file a police report if that's the case, but this guy's probably got some mental health issue and may not even comprehend what he's doing let alone be able to stop. It doesn't feel right that he's all over the web and she's referring to him as a "pervert" and a "sicko". If I had a problem like that I wouldn't want the whole world to know about it.

Umm... isnt the whole point of flashing your dick in public that you *do* want the whole world to know about it?

Besides, if he really is ill and doesnt comprehend what he's doing, then he's probably about to get the sort of help he needs. If he's just flashing to get his thrills then getting caught is all part of the risk- and he just got caught.
