Last year I was introduced to the 'bear paw', a giant bread thing filled with jam. Just the thought of all that sweet, sticky jam oozing down my beard makes me feel nauseous but, strangely, hungry at the same time.

Yeah, they are the supreme ruler of all things so good that they're bad.
Of course, I was really hoping that you'd get a quick chuckle at the intentional misspelling of bearclaw.

Just winding you up handsome... it gave me a wee grin but I suspect everyone else missed it. (I'm kinda partial to bears' paws- but we know this already ;-))

I bought this nice looking Cinnamon (spelt correctly) roll at a gas station in Arizona the other day. It looked lovely in its cellophane packet. Then I looked at the use by date and it was good for a month !! Not "next day" as in NZ. Then I looked at the preservatives, there was about 30 different chemicals keeping it alive. I took one bite and threw it out into the desert, as i dont think it was real bread..
