SF or, specifically the castro, feels a lot like Sydney during Mardi Gras. Crossed with a cruise club. And we all know how much I like those sorts of places.

Thank goodness we're back off to the wine country tomorrow, I'm a little fragile right now.

I keep forgetting the name of that rather major town in NZ, but it reminded me so much of San Francisco--cable cars and everything!

In fact, much of the NZ terrain (north island) reminded me of northern California.
