Oh my, what a weekend...

Friday night: the monthly bears night at Kamo. A fairly small turnout, I think everyone was at home watching the dead pope show. And after bears night it was off to that dodgy Lateshift with an equally dodgy (but very lovely) man, who kept me up until 3am and has given me a grin that still hasnt faded. :-D

Saturday, then, I slept until 1pm, dragged myself out to have coffee with Bernie, and then off to squirtybear and David's house for company, cookies, a spa, and roast beef. And a drink or 2 or 3 or more. Oh dear.

Had a chirpy phone call from boofbiker which made me all happy and giggly (though the giggles might have had something to do with the cookies).

Today I plan to work on the car- I want to remove the head today, to make removing the engine easier. But we'll see how Im feeling- happy but a little hung over...

The flying nun?

LONDON (Reuters) - Catholic monks living on an island off the coast of Wales have flown in a satellite dish to watch the Pope's funeral.

Bringing the ancient arts of flying carpets and yogic levitation into the 21st century. I have a satellite dish on the roof, but its probably a bit small to get me all the way to the Vatican.
