NOT. HAPPY. CAMPER.

After having very little to do all week, I managed to convince one of my clients to spend a little more and make one of his gawdawful adverts a little more spanky, which in turna gave me something to do today.

Then my boss decides that I could do with another job to do as well- so at 12.30 I'm briefed on a job thats due THIS AFTERNOON. And everyone in the office fucks off for lunch at SPQR, leaving me to do this urgent job.

I immediately call the client, only to be told that she had been promised something before lunch, and that she was now hopping mad, with *her* clients pissed with her!

So im sitting here, only guy in the office, eating a manky kebab, answering the phones, trying to finish a job that was due an hour ago, not to mention the other work I've scrounged up.

I'm going to take Jeffs NSFW post and make it my desktop wallpaper. Thatll make me happy again :-)

NOT.HAPPY.CAMPER (reprieve)

I have salvaged the situation. The unhappy client is coming in first thing on monday morning, and my boss is buying her, her clients, and myself a champagne breakfast while we work.

Of course, I had arranged all this with the client before I approached my boss for approval. And somehow convinced him that I'd done him a favour, making the client happy despite our supreme cock-up.

The moral of this tale?
DONT FUCK WITH ME. I FUCK BACK.
