Cute update:

Mum just called to let me know Uncle Reg was ok in London, and once she'd explained to me why I should have been worried about him, I caught up on the bombings... Yikes! The tube at rush hour, thats just nasty. Still, London was an easy target, what with 1500 policemen in Scotland protecting 8 world leaders: 8 replaceable men no-one really likes all that much anyway... (they were voted in, we can vote others in should they be killed). I really feel for the people who had their comfort zones shattered today- it's all still comfortably on the other side of a screen for me, and I can only imagine what its like to wonder if today is the day your bus is going to explode...

The cute news was a lovely man who just asked me out for dinner tonight :-) Due to work I had to decline, but asked if he'd settle for a drink later and breakfast in bed ;-))
