Back to work..

The weekend turned out to be rather lovely. Saturday was spent thrashing the snot out of the VW Golf Paul is thinking of buying. 2.8 litres of V6 with 4WD make for a fun drive, so much so that Alan and I started to feel a little queasy as we whipped around the great driving roads near Riverhead. Beer and nibbles at a wee cafe cleared my head, though Alan took a bit longer to get some colour back in his face.

Sunday was for recovering- a couple of movies, pasta and nibbles, and crashing out on the lounge floor. I would have had an early night except the next 3 eposides of Battlestar Galactica had arrived, so I was awake until 1am watching them.
