Jun. 7th, 2008 06:43 pmOh dear. i appear to have bought an ice maker- an Icematic N40.

I figure I'll pay for it out of my own pocket, install it in the bar (where the chillybin for ice currently lives) and Urge can pay me back gradually over, say, 3 months. While i'm on holiday.
Call it an alternative savings scheme.
It did, however, only cost $505. So no big deal if it doesnt work out, but if it does it'll save us the $120/month we currently spend on having ice delivered, as well as freeing up a bunch of space out the back where the giant freezer currently lives.
