When I left for the US I called them and explained to the nice lady that I was going away, would not need their services for 3 months, and would like my account put on hold.
They put my phone on hold, but neglected to put my internet access on hold, despite the two of them being billed through the one account.
Now they say it was all my fault, I should have asked for the broadband to be put on hold too.
Aargh!
In other news, I went and picked up the van today, and tomorrow will be furniture, and then I'm almost moved back in to Johnny and Kim's new place (which is really nice).
It would be nicer if Brian were here, of course. Still, I'll make it pretty for when he gets here.
