Lovely mafuta67 had the clever idea that I should design a piece of furniture to suit/compliment a sad clown painting- not the easiest of tasks, but one that got me thinking and productive.

I really enjoyed having to design furniture around a bizarre concept, so if anyone has any similar ideas now's your chance- your very own drawing of a piece of furniture that might only exist in my head. Give me a picture, a concept, a situation, and challenge me to come up with something that reflects it.

Just remember that a sling has been *done*, people.

I thought nude sunbathing was mandatory in trailer parks? It is in porn... I like the mobile home thing though. Tacky! Fantastic!

I just love the idea of some faux plastic chair that is actually made out of some rare, soon to be extinct and therefore more expensive than apparently a republican conscience, wood. Or something.
