Lovely [livejournal.com profile] mafuta67 had the clever idea that I should design a piece of furniture to suit/compliment a sad clown painting- not the easiest of tasks, but one that got me thinking and productive.

I really enjoyed having to design furniture around a bizarre concept, so if anyone has any similar ideas now's your chance- your very own drawing of a piece of furniture that might only exist in my head. Give me a picture, a concept, a situation, and challenge me to come up with something that reflects it.

Just remember that a sling has been *done*, people.

An icon is worth a thousand words.

Your icons are worth plenty more than that, but what a great concept!

The same thing should be deployed in airports...

Deck chair that encourages nude sun bathing in trailer parks. Room for ashtray and beer requested. And should it go with the whole mobile home thing?

I thought nude sunbathing was mandatory in trailer parks? It is in porn... I like the mobile home thing though. Tacky! Fantastic!

I just love the idea of some faux plastic chair that is actually made out of some rare, soon to be extinct and therefore more expensive than apparently a republican conscience, wood. Or something.

What? Irony? Me?

OK, this sounds pretty cool. Here's an idea:

I would like to be able to put my laptop and wireless router in it, as well as a small printer and all the other things one would normally have associated with computer equipment such as cables, spare CD's, hard drives, etc.

I would also like to be able to put things like pens, paper and be able to work on things like doing my bills and such on this piece of furniture. I would like to be able to put it in my bedroom, but I don't want it to look like a standard desk.

Does this make sense?

I have always thought about a stainless steel device that I could climb into naked. It would have multple degrees of freedom similar to desk lamps which you can move the bulb to a specific spot and it stays there. Insteed of a bulb. a platform with my fuckhole at just the right position and angle for a top of any height could just slide in and fuck. And after done he could just gently push the platform to the next stiff top. It would be pretty tough to design because of weight problem in keeping the platform steady. Just a scifi powerbottom daydream!

pete

...stainless steel?! Ow.

Maybe with some nice thick pads at key points, but otherwise... ow.

oh and you could design a smaller model for Laptop computers to be just at the right height for you to type!

A tv-watching/easy chair that is as much like a cruiser-style motorcycle as possible.

They're already pretty close in terms of comfort, performance and handling, but I'll see what I can do ;-))
