growler_southWe cooked dinner last night for a few friends-
-Salad of fennel and black olives with a lemon vinaigrette
-Seared eye fillet served on roast baby tomatoes and pan fried gnocchi
-poached pears with ice cream and a red wine sauce
It all went down rather well, with everyone staying till quite late. Nice to finally have time to cook again.
The motorbike is all done- road legal and running well, with the fab new license plate '73ZUB'. It's what a bee does when it's flying backwards.
It's also a lot more gutless than my VTR was, and sounds a lot busier at the 14k redline- but I can live with it. Nice to be back on two wheels.
