The new handlebars make all the difference. Though I suspect there's something wrong with the engine- it's all vibratey, all the time. Hmmm.

I think its something to do with the way the cylinders point in different directions. Oh and there's only two of them.

As for the vibey engine, you're stuck with it ;)
One way to minimize the vibes reaching your hands, if they get to be too much, is to install a Barsnake. They work--I put one in my first Springer. Or you could fill the bar with shot pellets. Both of these dampen the shakes.
