Rebuilding the turbo in the Delica- my hands are stained with indelible grime, but the new turbo is looking super shiny. Hopefully the smoke at startup will be gone, bu there's not much I can do about the rest of the smoke- it is a diesel after all.

And I'm excited like it's christmas to have figured out that the old glow-plug controller, long since failed and bypassed, is easily repaired- just as long as it's still in the van and hasn't been thrown away! Off to find out now...
