Melbourne...

I'm back home now, staying up in Auckland to give the boys some space, and working on the new car. Well, I would be if I wasnt still in bed.
Melbourne was great! I finally met some people I've been chatting to on here for years, and got to make good on some promises. Going to bed at 8pm and getting to sleep at 4am, then waking up for another go would have to be the hilight of my stay- nothing like 12 hours of sex to say 'welcome to melbourne' :-)
I ended up enjoying Club 80, partly because of the decor but mainly because of the company.
New Years eve we went to the square to watch the fireworks- nothing like a big kiss from a couple of snuggly bears to welcome in the new year. Later, Rick went to bed and Mo and I went to a dance party- and I had the best time! it was really social, and I would have been witty and charming had I not consumed a vast quantity of beer. Note:
monstermashrna is even cuter in real life than in his pics, and that was *before* the beer kicked in. I had so much fun at the party I was a little disappointed when it was time to go home- Mo stayed behind to help carry the DJ's records home (we didnt see him again for 28 hours ;-) so Matt helped me catch a tram back to... Club 80! whoops, how did that happen. Ah well, nothing for it but to hire a room. For all of 20 minutes before the nasty man on the loudspeaker declared it was nearly 8am and everyone was to get out. Damn!! We went back to the hotel room and crawled into bed with Rick, who didnt seem to mind, possibly because we were still frisky after our interrupted session at 80...
New years day was spent sleeping, eating breakfast at 3pm, and walking along the riverbank with Rick, just doing the touristy thing. Intending to go out later that night, we had a little nap in the afternoon- and woke up at 1am. So we went out anyway, where I ran into the lovely
roybear
Next day Mo came home, bearing gifts of cute men and puppydogs. I rubbed the cute man's tummy while the puppydog tried to hump my leg- or was it the other way round? in any case, I was glad Mo had a good time with his nice new friend. Rick tried to be the ice queen but couldnt keep it up when faced with everyone being so happy. So he was nice too, which scared Mo a little, I think... Breakfast and a pilgrimage to Fountain Gate shopping centre, as seen on Kath and Kim, and much shopping was had by all.
