I had a bit of a rough day at work yesterday, what with my boss growling at me for being a slacker, me missing the boys, and totally failing to not think about where the relationship is going/has gone. Luckily I have many wonderful friends who lined up to slap me and say "get a grip", so I'm ok today.

Being in need of some company and distraction, I called Don and we went out for yummy yakitori at Tanuki's Cave. Nothing like a tiny skewer of grilled chicken hearts to make evrythign good again. I got to see some of Dons artwork- I knew he draws bears in his spare time as jerkoff material, I just didnt realise he was so good! Big musclebears and hot furry daddies a specialty, apparently. He's got a Yahoo group if anyone's interested, and he has done work for a couple of bear runs and is agonising about whether to do commission work- it is, after all, just a hobby. I'm wondering if he'd be willing to work with mo on designing a tattoo- I totally understand his drawing style, something about it really appeals. And no, I'm not just talking about the subject matter :-)
