growler_southCrikey. Another fab weekend. Quiet drinks at Kamo with Paul and David, civilised and not-so-civilised conversation... Adjourned to Urge and then home. For some reason I woke up the next day with a mild hangover, which is odd as I didnt think we had THAT much to drink!
Saturday was for fixing Pauls PC- David had installed an Avery Label maker software, and it broke IExplorer's Java. Rather than trying to fix it, I just installed Firefox. Tabbed browsing, yummy... I also introduced Paul to DVDshrink and Nero, which he's actually going to use for backing up his porn. Honestly!! Some crappy DVD covers crack the spindle hole on DVDs, best to make a copy for using, and archive the originals.
Later that night it was cluedo time: if you guessed it was Growler, in the Duxton hotel, with the rubber toys you'd be right, although I did have a helping hand from a couple of friends. And luckily the room had a washing machine, because we fairly destroyed a couple of towels and a sheet. Ah well. Many pictures were taken and all of them are entirely inappropriate for an open forum like this. (Applications to the usual address, however this time It'll be a trade- your incriminating photo gets one of mine in return. Heh heh...)
Due to popular demand (hey, two is popular to some people!) there will be 2 versions of photos available- the discreete, cropped, "Aww, look at the piggy face" version, and the "OMG where did THAT go?!?" version. Please state preference.
Sunday! having made it tobed sleep at 5am, the 11am checkout seemed a little harsh- but we made it, and staggered up to lovely Alleluya cafe for breakfast and boywatching. And then home to continue burning Ricky's DVDs and for sleep. Well, that was the theory...
The problem with having a DVD burner is that, while making backups of porn DVD's, (FOR N=1 TO 7) you cant help but watch the DVD as its compiling. Which leads to unfortunate and uncomfortable lumps in the trouser department, lumps that really should be dealt with. And then the DVD is finished and its time to put the next one on. (NEXT N)
Sugar craving and dehydration ensued, necessitating a trip to the supermarket for ginger kisses (the edible kind, though I wouldnt have complained about the furry kind), chocolate, crackers and wine. Vigorous snacking ensued at Pauls place, Cody managing a most convincing cookie monster impression with the rice crackers.
9pm. Finally: sleep. Sleep involved snuggles with Ricky and not wanting to get up this morning.
