Just finished sorting out all the Urge banking and paperwork for this week- damn but I do hate counting cash, especially when its sticky ex-bar cash. I think I washed my hands about 10 times. But its all done, and the system I devised (based on Paul's system, but with less reliance on post-it notes and staples) should make things easier for both Paul and Alan, and for anyone in future who needs to take over temporarily.

And now I'm knackered. I had a healthy chicken salad for dinner and it's knocked the wind out of me. Time to collapse face-down on the keyboard...

We're moving in at Easter! Whee!! And then only a short 6-7 weeks until Mr Erich is here. The new place is a minute's walk from work, a minute and a half from Paul and Alan's, 8 minutes from Urge, 30 seconds from a huge park... everything you need is close as. Which will be good for me, and VERY good for Erich, stuck at home as he is.

There are also other job offers sniffing around, or at least offers of assistance. Of which I am 90% excited and 10% suspicious- its my cynical side whispering in my ear. But these worries should be put to rest next week when I learn more.
