Righto, its altogether too easy to spend money on new toys. Already I've bought a polyurethane bush kit, all suspension and steering joints, and a quick-release steering wheel kit. Time to not spend any more until all that is fitted.

I'm also becoming increasingly organised and it's just a little scarey. Last night I worked late, cooked dinner for mum and dad, did most of the banking and paperwork for the bar, and ordered more parts. By 9am this morning I'd bought new lightbulbs and installed them in one of the bathrooms at Site 3, registered the motorbike for another 12 months, had breakfast (unusual in the extreme) and got to work on time (even more unusual!)

Ok, I was naughty, drove all the way along the Waitakere ranges at 100kph in the MR2. This is, of course, the tight, winding, 30kph-signposted Waitakere ranges. Overtaking is astonishingly easy- into 3rd, floor it, and let 160hp do the dirty work. In about 1.5 seconds. Whoohoo!!
