The zero dollar edit suite, courtesy of my company's upgrade cycle. Yes its a CRT, but its a big fat Sony trinitron. Yes, the computer is a headless laptop, but its pretty quick, has lotsa RAM, and only 5 pieces of software installed. Adobe video production bundle- premiere, after effects, photoshop, Maya and Nero.

Cheap is good. I can upgrade to something shinier once I start actually producing. For now I'm just happy that it works, and rather smoothly too.

Call for entries

Lovely mafuta67 had the clever idea that I should design a piece of furniture to suit/compliment a sad clown painting- not the easiest of tasks, but one that got me thinking and productive.

I really enjoyed having to design furniture around a bizarre concept, so if anyone has any similar ideas now's your chance- your very own drawing of a piece of furniture that might only exist in my head. Give me a picture, a concept, a situation, and challenge me to come up with something that reflects it.

Just remember that a sling has been *done*, people.
