Tonight I made gnocchi. Tasty, cheesy gnocchi that blossomed in the pot to become light and fluffy bow ties of carbohydrate overload. Brian made a really nice tomato sauce to go with them, and everyone enjoyed them a lot.
Just one problem: I made them with instant mashed potato flakes.
OMG I'm going to hell, aren't I.
