Sunday dawned bright and sunny, with the distant promise of shady clouds and light, refreshing rain. Yes folks, it was the annual Big Gay Out, and once again God proved that he loves all his children, even the 12,000 gay ones gathered in Coyle Park to relax, chat, and enjoy the entertainment.

Paul and Alan had the big blue Urge tent all set up, a few chillybins full of beverages, and a fine spread of tasty snacks. Before long the cushions and blankets were covered with happy relaxed bears (a few looking rather TOO relaxed) and everyone was enjoying themselves.

The sights werent too bad either- many lovely friends were there, including Nick and Evan. I caught a few pics of Nick attempting the bucking bronco

and being thrown off rather ungracefully

My comment of "Well, I thought you would have been much more practised at that" was greeted by Nick turning bright red and introducing his daughters, who I hadnt noticed were standing right beside him. Whoops! My bad! Sorry sexy!!

The other thing I'd forgotten about was that the BGO was the day the NZ Aids Foundation launched their new campaign, 'Horny as' (NSFW, may feature my rude bits) for which I modelled just before Christmas. I remembered fairly quickly though, as pamphlets featuring my naked self started circulating! oh dear... Still, its all for a good cause, and I got paid approximately 4x what I would have from Bearfilms.com

Still, it will be interesting to see how many friends are shocked to see my willy over the next few months. I may have to go into seclusion somewhere far away and isolated. Like Alaska.

Nice picture. I'm not sure how effective the site is, though. Your picture had gone around three times before I actually tried to read the text. Is there no way to "freeze" the images on one's favourite?

I agree. Plus the text was way too bloody fast, I had to wait for each paragraph to come around again so I could finish reading it.

You've got a very nice willy for a wee cub. ;)

Who's the handsome daddywoof at the left in the first bucking bronc picture? :)

*blushes* well thanks, though it's decidedly average from where I come from. Or where I've been...

The woofy man in the bronc pic is the I-am-so-straight-it-hurts bucking bronc rental man. And yes, he had reason to fear for his virginity, as he was rather handsome...

Well - I didn't say "frighteningly gigantic willy" here - it's a good size, a nice shape, stands at an attractive angle... oh yeah, and it's attached to a handsome furry wee cub. *grin*

If you'd like to meet Nick then you'd LOVE to meet Evan. They're both as woofy as each other, and together...
*drools*

I was very embarassed by the cub who kept following me around saying "Oh my god, its HUGE!". I felt sorry for him, he had clearly been deprived... Maybe I should send him your way? :-)

If Erich didn't already have dibs on you in Alaska, I'd be *happy* to offer you respite and refuge in Chicago *GRIN* Good for you in doing your part in the campaign...not only did you have fun (I believe, from the looks of things *wink*), you just may be doing more good than you can imagine for men you might never meet in person!

Glad to hear that you had a good BGO day! As far as the camapign - you should be nothing but proud! Proud that you participated in a campaign that you felt was worthwhile to your community, Proud that you're comfortable with your body and other people seeing it, and Proud that you looked good doing it!
