SPAM:CrohnsAndMe is an exciting new website created especially for people whose lives are affected by Crohn's disease- patients, friends, and family.
'Informative' maybe. 'Supportive' yes. 'Positive' definitely. But 'Exciting'? Possibly one of the last words I would have used. Anyway:

Work continues apace on the wee furniture project- a slow pace, given that I work from 9-6.30 most days. But the work just keeps evolving (such is design) in nicer and nicer directions (which is most unusal). Maybe in the 10 years since I finished my degree I have acquired some talent?

Date: 2007-02-20 09:57 pm (UTC)This design is beautiful. I notice the benchtop is notched to be level with the legs. Slick. Is there a design reason that the wood is square-cut -- to contrast the curves of the legs? I wonder if a rounded or bull-nosed top edge might harmonize with them.
