Last night was kind of weird- the bar was busy, and then it was busy, and then it was still busy, and then it was 2am and everyone disappeared. I've never seen anything like it- they were practically fighting to get out the front door. I thought maybe there was a bomb scare or perhaps the extractor fan in the poop bathroom had stopped working, but neither was the case. Just odd.

Still, I had a nice leisurely cleanup and a steakancheez pie, stopped in at Kamo to say hello on my way home, and walked past Galatos where there was a big dance party happening. The sound of DJ Raj's signature tune (IE that tune he *always* plays) was blasting out the doors.

Wild-eyed sweaty raver to doorman "Who's playing now?"
Doorman "No idea mate."
Random smelly tired pie-eating vagrant passing by (that's me, BTW) "DJ Raj is playing. The track is 'Dark beat' by Oscar G and Falcon. 'Night."*

And then I was home and snuggled up to a very sleepy Brian while the sounds of dance music came through the window. Or maybe from upstairs. I wasnt sure.

*Actually it's the 'drugs' remix of 'Dark Beat' and it's by Oscar G and Ralph Falcon. Still, I got it mostly right.
