it ain't the size, it's the weight. chop it! strip off all nonessentials & pare the weight down.
(& ditch the faceslapper; t-boning a car is bad enough but if you can't clear your own bike, you ain't going to clear the car...)

on second thought - tourer?

It's totally a tourer. You think I would ride a cruiser for enjoyment? ;-) But if I'm going to be sitting on it for 6 hours or more I'm going to need a windshield, a big fat seat, and a relaxed position- something my crotchrocket ZZR250 doesnt provide.

Is this a loaner bike while you're stateside?

Shame you couldn't visit, but I've been so insanely busy that guests are not really an option right now anyway!

I preferred 'loner bike' but no, it's mine, all MINE!! Muuuhahahahhaha!!!

It's also quite possibly the largest two-wheeled device I've ever piloted. Richard's Harley was smaller and lighter. Hell, I've had cars that weighed less. Expect many amusing sights at Badger this yeas, as the midget from New Zealand attempts to wheel the enormous machine around.

The entry road at Badger is a bit daunting, just take it slow and easy - and stay off the front brake.

Whee! Have fun riding!

Hey, at least you can flatfoot it. Twin cruisers may be heavy, bit most of the weight is down low. Once you get used to the different weight distribution, tossing it around will be effortless. Slower, of course, but you already know how to handle heavy equipment.
Brian done good. This bike will serve you well on the highway.
