Jim Starr's application to use his new all-terrain wheelchair has been declined by the UK's DVLA.

This article in the Daily Mail has more pictures... err, I mean, sums up this injustice.

I wouldn't decline him anything! WOOF!

He's got that look in his eyes that makes me want to get on my knees and do his bidding.

Of course there would be no problem if he could ride the thing. But then everyone would want one. Can't have that, you know.
