debxena laughing hysterically last night thanks to an unfortunate and quite retarded incident... he's bought this new laptop, see, and it comes with the Ugliest Bag In The World (tm). Its a laptop bag and as such it has pockets for pens, cellphones, papers, the lot- it has so many pockets theres no room left for stuff.

So Growler heads out to the funky shops where hip DJ dudes go and buys a very cool record bag- a big square manbag with a tasty grey/black camo print on the outside. Its purrfect for the laptop and has enough room left over for clothes when he goes away (he travels very light). The only problem being that it's not padded- which isnt a problem as he has the industrial sewing machine and can quite easily remove the lining, add some padding, and sew the lining back in.

So Growler sits down with the bag and oh-so-carefully slits the lining. Wow! this bag is lined with the same flash camo material as the outer, only its inside-out. And behind the lining is- the floor?!?!?

Yes, what Growler failed to notice was that the back of this bag is not, in fact, lined at all, and he's just cut right through the bag. The bag has openings at both ends now- its not a bag, its a rectangular tube. An EXPENSIVE rectangular tube.

it's all fixed now, 20 minutes this morning with some vinyl binding and the sewing machine has restored teh bag's integrity, although it sports a stylish vinyl stripe across the back...
