1.5 liter DOHC VVT-i engine 1NZ-FE in the Toyota Vitz gets a bolt-on turbocharger with intercooler and now produces 150 horsepower at 6,000rpm and 195Nm of torque at 4,800rpm.

I thought you were going to ask me what 6000rpm is! In either case, not something you need to worry about. Fords have Torques, not Horsepowers.

I found the calculator.. 290kw = 388hp..

Ah, and 200kw = 268hp.

Would be interesting to see how the wee MR2 and the mighty Ford go in a drag race. Someday ;-)

yeah... the 32 valve quad cam V8 develops 388hp.. and a proper drag... chain them back to back and see who makes it to the summit of the Bombays first...
