Dinner with the boys

Pan-seared scallops (deglazed with a nice sauvignon blanc) with parsley and a creamy mango dressing.

Filo parcels of Terakihi (that's a fish), shitake mushroom, rock salt and parsley, on moroccan couscous from a packet and sauteed asparagus.

I do enjoy cooking.

*grin* I am!! The fishy filo parcels were scrumptious.

Can you get scallops with the roe on in the US? I know that commonly all you get over there is the adductor muscle, such a shame.
