growler_southPan-seared scallops (deglazed with a nice sauvignon blanc) with parsley and a creamy mango dressing.
Filo parcels of Terakihi (that's a fish), shitake mushroom, rock salt and parsley, on moroccan couscous from a packet and sauteed asparagus.
I do enjoy cooking.
